There are many ways to stay healthy on the go. lose weight by exercise bike can be perfect for you if it's available in your hotel room, or even at a local gym near where you're staying during travel. If not, there are plenty of other things that qualify as "workouts". You could also walk around town and explore some nearby attractions while getting exercise too - like an outdoor museum tour with workout stations along the way!
